Engr. Edwin Ajagbe

Electrical engineer and member of Nigerian Society of Engineers

Served as Chief Engineer in the Power Systems Planning Department of NEPA (now PHCN)

Supervised various132kV/33kV substation projects

Responsible for:

• planning & preliminary design of various 132KV, 33KV power supply and reinforcement projects
• monitoring of World Bank financed projects – Lagos Power Distribution System Expansion & rehabilitation of power stations.

Appointed to senior management position in Negris Ltd in 1990 and charged with responsibility for development of standby power plants at NNPC depots (Ibadan and Gombe), he later became Managing Director of ENCON - a strategic business unit of Negris for developing its IPP projects.

Dr. Oye Eribake

Mechanical & Structural engineer. Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers & member of Nig. Inst. of Structural Engineers.

Served as project engineer in NNPC & Delta Steel Co. Ltd., Warri.

Joined ABBNG management in 1985.

Appointed Executive Director in 1995 & in 1997 concurrently as Director, ABB Electrical Systems.

Participated in business development, marketing, sales & management of several power plant rehabilitation projects.

Appointed Country Manager ABB Alstom Power in 1999 and Alstom Country President in 2002.    Established the Alstom organisation in Nigeria.

Appointed Director Global Power Sales in 2002 and served as    business development  director & member of capture teams for Okpai IPP (480 MW), Afam VI IPP (640 MW), Gurara Hydro (30 MW) & Obite IPP (450 MW).

Mr. Dayo Lawuyi

Fellow Institution of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK & Member Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria.

Served as Group Managing Director of Dunlop Nig. Plc from 1991 to 2006.

Served as President of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) & the Organized Private Sector
